Before you can install and use PHPAudit your server will need to meet a certain level of requirements. Most up to date servers meet PHPAudit minimum requirements with no changes at all. Depending on the method you choose to license your script there may be additional requirements as described below.

PHPAudit Base Application - Minimum Requirements

- Linux or *BSD operating system (Windows support is currently in beta)

- PHP 4.3 or later

- MySQL 4.0.22 or later

- ionCube Support (either via runtime loading or installed in php.ini)

- cURL Support is recommended

PHPAudit Licensing Requirements

Depending on the licensing method used to license your script, your users servers will also need to have certain features and components installed.

- Remote Socket licensing: fsockopen and/or fopen wrappers enabled

- Remote cURL licensing: Installed on both your and your end users server

- Local Key licensing: No additional requirements.

Please Note

You will need a basic understanding of PHP to integrate PHPAudit into your product. We can help as much as possible, but if you do not have a basic knowledge of PHP you would need to hire a contractor to help with integration or purchase one of our professional services.

Not all servers have cURL support and so remote socket licensing is recommended for widest possible compatibility.
