Once you have purchased a PHPAudit perpetual license there are no other fees other than the optional support and upgrade renewals after the initial year has passed.

License Upgrades: If you purchase PHPAudit 250 and need to upgrade your license to support more than 250 active licenses at one time, then you simply need to contact us and pay the difference between the current, standard one-payment selling price of your current product and the standard, current price of product you wish to upgrade to (for example, upgrading from PHPAudit 250 to PHPAudit 1000 would cost $75 at the moment). No data will be lost if you choose to upgrade. Unless otherwise specified, sale pricing is not applicable for upgrades.
