Obviously, there are some limitations, but we feel they are very reasonable - with PHPAudit Lite, you are restricted to a single order form and client area (which supports unlimited products) and no more than 15 active licenses at any time.

Once you've grown your business and are ready to expand, upgrading to a higher-tier license is easy. Simply purchase a license and replace your key within the PHPAudit UI - no re-install required, no data loss, no downtime = no fuss!

Advantages of a PHPAudit Lite license:

* As PHPAudit Lite is free, support is not guaranteed per our standard SLA and we will occasionally have to prioritize paying customers. Support for PHPAudit Lite is available through our forums at all times and via our helpdesk with no SLA. As of 06-19-2007, due to numerous cases of abuse, we reserve the right to refuse support to any PHPAudit Lite licensee.


If you require more than 15 active licenses, or, at any point have more than 15 active licenses your installation will be locked out. When you reach within 10 licenses of the limit, you will recieve a warning message on both the login page and administration dashboard. Once you reach 15 active licenses, you should purchase a Perpetual license and then update the license key under the 'General Setup' section. Note: Your order form and client area will not be cut off if you go over the limit - you will simply loose access to the administration area until a new key is entered.
