The m3KB dashboard contains a summary of activity for each installed module. Each statistic is linked to the relevant area of the knowledge base for quick and easy access.

Adding a new category couldn't be easier with m3KB! m3KB allows you to enter a custom icon for each and every category. You can also assign the category a front end profile right from this screen.

Even the data grids in m3KB are featured packed! Take the view all categories screen for example, you can can change the status of the category with a single click. You can also edit a category name from this page using our edit in place feature. All time saving features that allow you to quickly and easily manage your knowledge base.

Adding a new article to m3KB was designed to be quick and easy with no jumping around from area to area. From the add screen you can assign related articles, place the article in categories and choose an unique icon to name a few useful features.

The viewing all articles data grid is also very useful. With features such as no page refresh sorts, pagination, article title edit in place and no page refresh status changes m3KB has become the most efficent knowledge base software available. Mouse over the question mark icons for even more data.

Article attachments are a breeze with m3. You can upload an unlmited number of files using our pop-up uploader. With the pop-up window you are not tied to the screen waiting for the upload to process. You can continue to work while the upload completes in the background. Manual FTP uploads are also supported.

Our profile feature allows you to create any number of unique front ends that work from a single admin area. This feature is unique to m3KB and was designed with you in mind. It saves you time by allowing you to use common articles among all of your KB's and money because you don't have to purchase a license for each new KB installation.

Adding custom e-mail templates to m3KB couldn't be easier. We put no limits on the number of custom e-mail templates you can add to the system.
