I've been using iono for a long time now (don't ask me how) but anyways i want to swich over to spbas.

My questions are the following: if a license needs to be renewed does it make a new invoice and a new license key as iono ? or does it just create the invoice and renews the old license key (like i want it to be)?

I also changed iono on how the expire thing is calculated. Is this like the old iono or does it expire when the month/3months/1year period is over (like it should be) ?

I have a ticket open about this at the moment, but thought I would introduce it here to the forums as well:

The ability to specify scripts that are triggered upon order completion is pretty important, for instance:

Google Analytics Traacking
Google Adwords Transactions (needed to calculate CPA)
3rd Party Affiliate Tracking Scripts
3rd Party Analytics tracking

etc.

I guess the optimum thing to do would be to add a "free text" box into the settings where you could save all of these scripts, as I beleive a lot of people checking out through paypal may not return to the site using the tiny link that paypal require. Especially when they receive their email with the license details pretty much instantly.

As a website designer I was considering a service that includes management of software such as SPBAS. As such, if I were to purchase the software and include it with my website services, would I be able to sell a copy of the license or otherwise to my clients and would I be eligible as an affiliate under these circumstances?

Not sure how to edit the Customer Area text - such as

"Welcome to the customer area!"

I can't find anywhere in the backend or in the files. It appears that the only place is to directly edit the database table.

I'd like to add extra text or control what it says here and under the subtitles of Customer Area, Announcements and Public downloads.

Hi, I am getting an 'invalid access' error every time I click on the order tab under customer area screen. I think that I have created almost all the prerequisites for an order using the little documentation I can find. I want to try SPBAS before I buy. The videos just don't do it for me or aren't enough to cover all the technical functionality. One alternate suggestion, besides documentation, is for SPBAS to have a version with sample data.

Please help.
